Contessa Brown is a Newport, RI native rooted in Providence, known for creating spaces where healing, creativity, and truth collide. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, spoken word artist, motivational speaker, and multi-published author whose work bridges clinical insight with cultural, spiritual, and expressive healing. Through her voice, her presence, and her practice, Contessa supports women and communities in reclaiming confidence, setting boundaries, and returning to themselves in a way that feels both grounded and liberating. ⸻ 🌿 FOUNDER | COMMUNITY IMPACT Contessa is the Founder and CEO of Café S.O.U.L., a 16-year staple in Rhode Island’s creative community and a trusted space for connection, expression, and collaboration.
