NEW Flood Damage Assessment Survey
The City of Chicago, Cook County, IEMA-OHS to Appeal Denial of Federal Disaster Assistance for Illinois Summer Flooding Events that impacted communities across Illinois from July 25-28 and August 16-19, 2025
The link below will take affected residents to a new survey link. All residents SHOULD complete the new survey for this appeal, as there are additional questions related to flood damage. The virtual survey will be available from October 29th to November 7th.
