Sweepstakes Timing: The Ultimate Sideline Snack Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm ET on November 14, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of PIM Brands, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm ET on November 14, 2025 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per day via the website method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. b. Enter by Mail: You may earn a Sweepstakes entry by hand printing your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, month/year of birth and email address on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper, inserting it into an envelope, affixing sufficient postage and mailing it, in a hand-addressed envelope, to: The Ultimate Sideline Snack Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7738, Melville, NY 11775-7738. Each entry must be mailed separately, be postmarked by November 14, 2025 and received by November 21, 2025 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. No mechanically reproduced mailed entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected entries, or entries not received in time for the random drawing. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entry Requirements: To be entered into the Sweepstakes, entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting their Submission. Entrant must be the parent/legal guardian of any minor depicted in their photo. The Submission may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate text including acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm or are illegal/dangerous, as determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Submission or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, highlights brand in a negative way, contains any third party materials (other than Welch’s® Fruit Snacks), or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including, but not limited to, rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the entrant. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Submission from any source. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a Submission qualifies. All Submissions must be the sole, original work of the entrants. By submitting an entry, you hereby grant the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, designees and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide digital and other rights to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Submissions or excerpts of Submissions (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor at its discretion) for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on Sponsor-affiliated websites, Social Media sites and/or other Sponsor-selected media). In addition, you hereby assign to the Sponsor all rights, titles, and interests that you may be deemed to have in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating the Submission. You further agree to waive any moral rights in and to the Submission. Automated, script, macro or robotic Submissions submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any Submission not in compliance with the above and does not meet the website’s requirements will be disqualified. 5. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at https://pimbrands.com/privacy-policy/. 6. Random Drawing: Twenty-five (25) prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 24, 2025, from among all eligible entries received, by Administrator whose decisions, along with the Sponsor’s, are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be mailed to winners at the addresses provided during registration within approximately 4-8 weeks after the random drawing. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. 7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Twenty-five (25) Prizes: A Welch’s® Fruit Snacks prize pack consisting of a Welch’s® Fruit Snacks backpack, a Welch’s® Fruit Snacks sweatshirt, and Welch’s Fruit Snacks product. The ARV of each Prize is $75.00. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for a prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and in such circumstance, an alternate prize of similar value (as determined solely by Sponsor) will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use a winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. 8. General rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. Release and Limitations of Liability/Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Indemnities”) and each party’s respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes. The winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you, not Sponsor, are responsible for the contents of any material submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You hereby agree that the Sweepstakes Indemnities have the right to use your name, likeness or any other rights granted to Sponsor, including any claims, including but not limited to, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation in Sponsor’s sole discretion. 10. Governing Law: SPONSOR IS REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES WITH HEADQUARTERS IN NEW JERSEY. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SAME. EACH NOMINATOR AND NOMINEE WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE VENUE OF THOSE COURTS WITHIN THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK. 1.
